Trip Highlights

A short, steep ridge trek that stays high above the tree line with Machapuchare almost close enough to touch — the best big-mountain payoff in Nepal for the time it takes.

  • The ridgeline walk to Mardi Himal High Camp (3,580m)
  • Close, unobstructed views of Machapuchare and Annapurna South
  • Moss-draped rhododendron forest on the lower ridge
  • Far fewer trekkers than the neighbouring Annapurna trails
